Glorious Vision University, Ogwa, match to a World-Class University was further strengthened a fourth-night ago when she promoted two Associate Professors to the rank of full Professors: they are Professor Ngamen Kouassi Cyrille Dalex and Professor Monday Osemeke
Professor Ngamen Kouassi Cyrille Dalex, the immediate past Dean of the Student Affairs Division is currently the Dean, College of Humanities, and the Head of Department, Philosophy and Religious Studies, Glorious Vision University, Ogwa.
Professor Ngamen, a Cameroon Nationality, was born in Bongoua, Cameroon on 22nd August, 1971. Professor Ngamen, a Professor of Philosophy, had his PhD in Philosophy, (Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy) , with emphasis on Existentialism and Phenomenology between 2001-2005 from the University of Port-Harcourt and a Masters Degree in Metaphysics/Ontology from the catholic University of Central Africa, Yaounde, Cameroon. He also has a professional Bachelor and Master Degrees in Education (Teaching) from the Salesiana University, Italy.
He joined the Glorious Vision University, Ogwa in October, 2011 as a senior Lecturer and was promoted to an Associate Professor of Philosophy in 2017 and a full Professor of Philosophy in October 2020.
Professor Ngamen, a member of the Philosophers Association of Nigeria and a fellow of the Strategic Institute for Natural Resource and Human Development is external Examiner to the Department of Philosophy, University of Benin. He has hundreds of his publications in books, monograph and chapters in books and articles in learned journals locally and internally. He speaks and writes French, English and Spanish fluently.
A trained seminarian of the Catholic faith is happily married to one wife, Dr Carine Ngamen and blessed with children.
Professor Monday Osemeke is the current Head, Department of Business Administration and one time Acting Dean, College of Management and Social Sciences, Samuel Adegboyeka University, Ogwa.
Professor Osemeke was born in Ottah-Igbanke on February 5th, 1969 in Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Edo State. This Professor of Management attended Madona University, Okija, Nigeria where he bagged his Ph.D. in Management, M.Sc. in Accounting, Igbinedion University, Okada, Nigeria and B.Sc. in Accounting from Imo State University.
Professor Monday Osemeke joined Glorious Vision University, Ogwa on January 6, 2014 as a Senior Lecturer and was promoted to Associate Professor on October 1, 2017 until his promotion to a full Professor in October, 2020.
A fellow of the Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria, CIBN, Member, the Academy of Management Nigeria.
Professor Osemeke has hundreds of his publications in books and Monographs and publications in both Local and International Journals.
Professor Osemeka, a devout Catholic, Knight of the St Monuba is married to Mrs C. E. Osemeke with Children.
