Developed by the Association of Scientists and Engineers (ASE), the index assesses researchers using parameters such as publication numbers, citation counts, H-index, I-index, international collaboration, and co-authorship. It categorizes rankings by country, university, department, and individual scientists, aiming to promote transparency in academic evaluation, encourage collaboration among scholars, and identify leading researchers and institutions.
